Hello that was my family & I first time @ that hotel & we celebrated our Christmas there. The hotel was amazing & the cleanliness was on point as well. Janay was an amazing host & we will be back again, hopefully the pool & hot tub is done with maintenance by then. Overall I would recommend everyone to stay @ this hotel.

The staff at the Hilton Garden Inn were extremely helpful with straightening out our reservation that Booking.com never sent through to them. They had no knowledge of my reservation although Booking.com had me as confirmed. It could have been a disaster if they didn't help me and find me two rooms. We were there for a family event.

We loved the service we received at breakfast from hostess/server, Africa. She was wonderful when we visited this hotel in June and she still gave us outstanding service this time in December. She engaged with us and was very helpful with any questions we had about anything. She was also really friendly with my 1 yr old nephew who smiled and laughed with her. She is a great asset to the company and we hope she is there when we visit the next time.

The breakfast was ok. I thought it was over priced. It was like a continental breakfast that you had to pay to serve yourself.

My refrigerator didn't work. My beverages were hot, no ice machine on my floor, and poor parking had to park in the back where all their old furniture was being stored outside

The hotel was ok, we slept one night on our way north of Washington and left in the morning after we woke up. We didn't buy breakfast, or used any of its facilities.

The customer service was exceptional. The lady manager was fantastically brilliant and the lady at the breakfast shop/cafe was extremely supportive and friendly I had to ask for her name fir recommendation. Her name is AFRIKA I suppose .

the staff was amazing! Miss. Yolanda, Miss. Samantha, Miss. Gigi, and Miss. Africa not only made sure that our stay was happy and comfortable but looked out for the safety of myself and my daughter, as I am a single mother and we were traveling alone. They were kind, professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and caring and I could not have asked for a better experience!
